Doodle Time

The Little Prince

I’m so excited about the news that “The Little Prince” opened on NETFLIX (See the trailer here)

For those of you who don't know I got the chance to animate on the movie. It was such an honour to work on this project and I cannot describe to you how happy I am for the director Mark Osborne, who poured his heart and soul into this film. I have so many wonderful memories from working on this film and I hope that it will touch your hearts as much as it touched the people that made this film.

This picture was made in dedication to our animation director Jason Boose who is filled with patience and really wants each animators voice to be heard. Thank you Jason!!

Lavellan

My friend chococonut has a really adorable character Lavellan. I couldn't resist drawing her, although my doodle does no justice to the original. If you have time, please check out her tumblr :)

Catching up

I recently started a tumblr and have been neglecting to post and update my blogger account. I'm really sorry about that!

I'm going to try and catch up and post some images this weekend, so watch out!! It might be a slight overload of images in one day ^^

Waiting

I didn't have too much time but got to do a bit of colour for this image.

Doodle

Colour

I had a little bit of time to play around with new brushes and some colour. I always thought I was a drawer and never believed I had either a colour sense nor that I would be able to paint. But after learning how to draw I feel like as long as you put enough time into something there is nothing you can't learn.

It's been so fun delving more into the colour side of art these past few months.

Rhino - watercolour brush

This was one of the first rhino's I drew, I thought I would use it to test out one of Kyle T Websters watercolour brushes. They're so fun!

Another rhino from this summer

Amelia

This is the ruff drawing for an illustration I was working on a few month ago.

Another Rhino

This is another rhino I drew for the animal workshop I did this summer with Studio Technique. It was so fun to learn about this animal!

To love your job

Birthday wishes

I was trying out a new style for my friends Birthday drawing. Happy Birthday Julie =)

caricatures

I did a caricature for two friends at work. It was so much fun to do these!
